Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Operative Care: Assess patients before surgery to develop personalized anesthesia plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Anesthesia Administration: Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring optimal pain management and sedation levels.
Intra-Operative Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vitals during procedures, intervening promptly to address complications.
Post-Operative Care: Provide post-anesthesia recovery management, including pain relief strategies and follow-up assessments.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to international safety standards, infection control protocols, and hospital guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology.
Board certification or equivalent credentials in Anesthesiology.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an anesthesiologist in a hospital setting.
Expertise in managing general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques.
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English.
