Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Coordinate and support the execution of healthcare projects between Italy and Iraq.
Ensure effective communication and workflow between headquarters and field teams in Najaf and Basra.
Support the preparation, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Business Support:
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documentation to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in negotiations and the drafting of business agreements (MoUs, commercial contracts, etc.).
Represent the organization in partner meetings and site visits during missions to Iraq.
Market & Strategic Analysis:
Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify growth opportunities in the region.
Monitor KPIs and project outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
University degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in business coordination, consulting, or project management are encouraged to apply.
Previous exposure to healthcare or international projects is appreciated.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Italian is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong coordination and project management capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Availability for frequent travel to Iraq (approx. 30–40% of the time).
High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
