Talents Nexus is recruiting a motivated and adaptable Business Development Coordinator to support the international growth of a leading healthcare group, with a base in Milan and frequent travel to Iraq. Requirements 

Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination:


  • Coordinate and support the execution of healthcare projects between Italy and Iraq.

  • Ensure effective communication and workflow between headquarters and field teams in Najaf and Basra.

  • Support the preparation, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.


Business Support:

  • Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documentation to support strategic decision-making.

  • Participate in negotiations and the drafting of business agreements (MoUs, commercial contracts, etc.).

  • Represent the organization in partner meetings and site visits during missions to Iraq.


Market & Strategic Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify growth opportunities in the region.

  • Monitor KPIs and project outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications


Education and Experience:


  • University degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Healthcare Management, or related field.

  • Junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in business coordination, consulting, or project management are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous exposure to healthcare or international projects is appreciated.


Languages:


  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

  • Italian is a plus.


Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong coordination and project management capabilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Availability for frequent travel to Iraq (approx. 30–40% of the time).

  • High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
