Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Direct and coordinate all nursing activities within the assigned specialty department.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for efficient clinical workflow.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training aligned with international standards.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and performance management.

• Ensure effective use of resources, consumables, and medical equipment.

• Drive continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Education & Development

• Organize ongoing staff education, simulation, and professional training programs.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain accreditation and compliance with international nursing and hospital standards.

• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to infection control, documentation, and reporting protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).

• Valid professional nursing license.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership position (Head Nurse, Nurse Manager, or similar).

• Proven expertise in one of the following specialties:
  Cardiac Surgery
  Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT)
  Spine Surgery
  Anaesthesia / Operating Room

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
