Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Oversee and coordinate the hospital's operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across all hospital functions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Staff Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate hospital staff to achieve performance excellence.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure staff productivity and adherence to protocols.
Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Facility Management:
Ensure the maintenance of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to meet safety and quality standards.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of medical and non-medical supplies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure hospital operations comply with local regulations, international healthcare standards, and organizational policies.
Implement quality assurance programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Support the development and execution of long-term operational strategies.
Analyze operational data and trends to inform decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills and Expertise:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and operational analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and patient-centered care.
Preferred:
Experience in managing hospital operations in multicultural or resource-limited settings.
Certification in healthcare management or operational excellence (e.g., CHFM, Lean Six Sigma).
