Talents Nexus is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance the digital presence of a leading healthcare provider in Najaf, Iraq. This role is pivotal in managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, and showcasing the hospital’s mission and services to a broad audience.

Requirements 

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the hospital's goals and values.

  • Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.

  • Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) to promote healthcare services, initiatives, and events.

  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to highlight achievements, success stories, and updates.

  • Monitor social media analytics and generate performance reports, providing insights for optimization.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to enhance the hospital's digital presence.

  • Manage paid social campaigns to maximize reach and impact.

  • Maintain the hospital’s reputation by ensuring all communication is culturally appropriate and adheres to organizational policies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

  • Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


Preferred:


  • Familiarity with healthcare communication or previous experience in a hospital setting.

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
