Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the hospital's goals and values.
Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) to promote healthcare services, initiatives, and events.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to highlight achievements, success stories, and updates.
Monitor social media analytics and generate performance reports, providing insights for optimization.
Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to enhance the hospital's digital presence.
Manage paid social campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Maintain the hospital’s reputation by ensuring all communication is culturally appropriate and adheres to organizational policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred:
Familiarity with healthcare communication or previous experience in a hospital setting.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
